HOW TO BOOK
Please send a deposit 25% of the total cost in US $ per person for each tour or trek, together with your singled booking form, to Asia Exploration. We will then confirm availability of your tour or trek in writing and forward all relevant information and trip outline.

PAYMENT
The balance of your trip cost is due 30 days before the commencement date of your trip for Nepal departures, When a booking is made less than 30 days for Nepal departures, before departure, then the full amount is to be paid at the time of booking. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
AMENDMENT FEES
Each time an amendment it made to your booking, a fee of $50 per file will be charged, in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines.
PRICES
Prices are based on costs and exchange rates when this brochure was printed. We therefore reserve the right to adjust our tour prices.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the office of Asia Exploration. Cancellation charges shall be levied as follows:
Before 30 days prior to departure Loss of deposit.
Between 30 days and 16 days 50% of land content less any airlines cancellation.
15 days or less 100% of land content less any airline cancellation fees.
Depending on your reason for cancellation these charges may be recover able on your insurance policy. If Asia Exploration cancels your trip which departure, we will offer you alternative arrangement. If you do not accept these, we will refund all payments you made to Asia Exploration. But will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you. No refunds will be made of you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, whether voluntarily or accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized, except those which can be recovered from airlines for unused, flights.

CHANGES TO YOUR ITINERARY
Our trips are organized many months in advance and it may become necessary to make an alteration to your holiday. Where practical, we will advise you of such change before you depart. These trips go into remote areas. We may need to change itineraries because of weather, illness or accident, civil unrest or force major after your trip starts. The trip leader has responsibility for taking the action that he/she deems appropriate. We try not to change the finish date of your holiday, so that your onward arraignments are not affected. There are usually no refunds or extra changes levied as a result of itinerary changes.
MOUNTAIN FLIGHT DELAYS IN NEPAL
Bad weather is mountains reasons can cause flight delays. The mainly applies to Jumla (Simikot), Juphal, Jomsom, Lukla, Tumlingtar and Taplejung in Nepal. Except some of our treks and expedition programs using airstrip include extra days in Kathmandu at the end of the trek to allow for delays. If the delay is extended, it may be necessary for us to re-route the trek. If you are delayed in above these mentioned airstrip we will meet your accommodation and food costs on a normal trek basis. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred a result of you missing international flight connection However, we will help organize your arrangements and airlines are normally supportive of forced changes to your flight.

All Airfare to and from, Nepal visa fees, travel insurance, excess badgers changes airport departure taxes, gratuities of a personal nature.
BOOKING FORM
Please complete the booking from accurately, Give the same name (eg: Maiden or married) as in your passport, Errors can cause delays and additional expenses with visas and permits. If you do not yet have a passport or confirm flight, you can leave these details blank when booking and forward the information’s to Asia Exploration or your travel agent as soon as you have it. Please remember that we need you flight details so that we can meet you or the airport, and we require your passport details so that we can obtain permits for you.
TIPPING
It is standard practice on trips in Nepal to tip the trekking crew, which includes porters, cooks and Sherpas please allow US$ 2 per trekking day for tips. Your group should then present the tip to your Sirdar as part of a farewell on the last day of your trip. He will then distribute the funds to the crew or give directly to them.
