How to Make Payment

To confirm or reserve your trip with Asia Exploration Treks, we offer three simple and secure payment options. Please choose the method that is most convenient for you.

 

Option 1: Bank Transfer (SWIFT)

Clients may transfer the advance payment directly to our bank account using the SWIFT code. We recommend consulting your bank for international transfers to Nepal.

Please email us the transaction receipt once the transfer is completed.

 

Option 2: Credit / Debit Card Payment

We accept major international cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and others.

  • Card payments are subject to an additional 4% bank service charge.
  • Download and complete our Card Payment Authorization Form.
  • Send the completed form along with a scanned copy of your passport.

 Important Notes:

  • The cardholder name must match the traveler’s name.
  • The signature on the form must match the passport signature.
  • Payments using third-party cards are not accepted for security reasons.
 

Option 3: Cash Payment on Arrival

You may also pay in cash upon your arrival in Kathmandu. We accept major international currencies, including:

USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, INR, CAD, CHF, JPY, SGD, CNY, AED, MYR, QAR, SAR, THB, KRW, DKK, HKD, SEK, BHD, and KWD

All cash payments are accepted at the current exchange rate.
