Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek Overview
This 13-day guided yoga trek to Annapurna Base Camp offers a once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan experience. The journey begins with beautiful forests of pine and rhododendron and passes through charming mountain villages before reaching the spectacular Annapurna Base Camp.
The trek also includes a visit to Poon Hill, one of the most famous viewpoints in Nepal, where you will witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayan peaks.
Daily morning and evening yoga sessions are led by experienced instructors. Practicing yoga during the trek helps improve flexibility, breathing, and endurance, making the trekking experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the most special moments of the journey is practicing yoga at high altitude surrounded by magnificent views of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Himchuli.
Along the way, trekkers will also experience the rich culture, traditions, and hospitality of the local mountain communities.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After a short briefing about the trek, you will participate in a relaxing yoga session to refresh your body after the journey.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara (900 m)
Start the day with a refreshing morning yoga session before traveling to the beautiful city of Pokhara. Known as the “City of Lakes,” Pokhara offers incredible views of the Annapurna range and the peaceful Phewa Lake.
In the evening, enjoy another relaxing yoga session.
Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 3: Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,570 m)
After morning yoga and meditation, drive to Nayapul and begin the trek. The trail passes through lush forests of pine and cedar with scenic views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
After a challenging walk along stone staircases, an evening yoga session will help relax your muscles.
Overnight in Tikhedhunga.
Day 4: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,840 m)
Start the day with yoga before trekking to the beautiful village of Ghorepani. The trail passes through forests and traditional settlements.
From Ghorepani, enjoy spectacular views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre.

Day 5: Sunrise Hike to Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani (2,630 m)
Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) to witness one of the most famous sunrise views in Nepal. Enjoy a peaceful yoga session surrounded by Himalayan panoramas.
After breakfast, trek through forests and mountain trails to Tadapani.
Overnight in Tadapani.
Day 6: Trek from Tadapani to Sinuwa (2,310 m)
Begin the day with yoga before descending through beautiful forests and crossing rivers and suspension bridges. The trail offers stunning Himalayan views.
Overnight in Sinuwa.
Day 7: Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (3,200 m)
Continue trekking through dense forests and alpine landscapes toward Deurali. Regular yoga sessions help maintain flexibility and energy during the trek.
Overnight in Deurali.
Day 8: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m)
After morning yoga, trek via Machhapuchhre Base Camp toward the spectacular Annapurna Base Camp.
Enjoy breathtaking views of surrounding peaks and practice an evening yoga session at the base camp.
Overnight in Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 9: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,310 m)
Start the day with meditation and yoga at the base camp while enjoying panoramic Himalayan scenery.
After breakfast, begin the descent toward Bamboo.
Overnight in Bamboo.
Day 10: Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m)
Today’s trek leads to Jhinu Danda. After reaching the village, relax in the famous natural hot springs, perfect for soothing tired muscles.
Evening yoga session.
Overnight in Jhinu Danda.
Day 11: Trek to Pokhara
After morning yoga, trek to the road head and drive back to Pokhara. Relax and enjoy a comfortable evening in the lakeside city.
Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu
Travel back to Kathmandu by tourist bus after your morning yoga session.
In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with the trekking team to celebrate the successful completion of your journey.

Day 13: Departure
Enjoy a final morning yoga session before being transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
