Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu – Pashupatinath Aarati in the Evening
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel (approx. 6 km / 20–30 minutes’ drive depending on traffic). After checking in and some rest, you will proceed in the early evening to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple (approx. 5 km / 20 minutes from central Kathmandu) to witness the mesmerizing Aarati ceremony on the banks of the Bagmati River. The spiritual ambiance, sacred chants, and oil lamps create a powerful experience to begin your journey. After the ceremony, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 02: Special Abhishek Puja at Pashupatinath – Sightseeing Tour
Early morning, you will return to Pashupatinath Temple to participate in a special Abhishek Puja, a divine ritual performed by priests on your behalf (approx. duration: 1.5–2 hours). After the ceremony, you’ll head back to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. Later, your guided city tour begins with a visit to the nearby Guhyeshwari Temple (approx. 1 km / 5 minutes from Pashupatinath), one of the sacred Shakti Peethas. Then proceed to Boudhanath Stupa (approx. 3 km / 10–15 minutes), one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Conclude your day with a visit to the vibrant Thamel area (approx. 6 km / 20 minutes), where you can explore shops, cafes, and local culture. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

 

Day 03: Chandragiri Hills & Swayambhunath Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Chandragiri Hills (approx. 15 km / 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic). At the base station, take the cable car ride (ticket not included) to the hilltop temple, which offers panoramic views of the Himalayan range and Kathmandu Valley. Spend some time enjoying the serene environment before descending. In the afternoon, drive to Swayambhunath Stupa (also known as the Monkey Temple, approx. 12 km / 30–40 minutes from Chandragiri), an ancient religious complex with Buddhist and Hindu significance perched atop a hill. After exploring, return to the hotel for overnight stay.

 

Day 04: Departure from Kathmandu
Depending on your international flight schedule, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport (approx. 6 km / 20–30 minutes from most central hotels) for your onward journey. We hope you leave with divine blessings and beautiful memories from Nepal.

**Each Abhishek Puja package can include a maximum of 4 participants from the same family or the same gotra. (available various puja at Pashupatinath we can provide list and can arrange as per request)                                                                                                                                             

 

Price Exclude:

•              Licensed holder tour guide during sightseeing, Cghandragiri  Cable Car Entrance & monument fees, bar bills, Tips and all other expenses except mentioned in package includes heading. Baggage and personal expenses. Any other expenses due to political, Act of nature or any other reason which are beyond control of Asia Exploration Treks or its associate agents.

  • Rate is valid for Indian Passport/voter id card.
  • Given rate is inclusive of 13% Government Tax.
  • Airport transfer Supplement charges will be applicable before 8:00 A.M & after 8:00 P.M.
  • Hotels of Pokhara & Chitwan are not categorized as star but they are Boutique hotels and can match the standard as per the package given above.
  • Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform activities as per the Package Inclusions on point to point basis
